Touchscreen Interface: IncoPOS features an intuitive interface optimized for touchscreen terminals, allowing fast item selection without the need for a keyboard and mouse.

Mobile App for Waitstaff: Through the Android application, waiters can take orders directly at the table, significantly reducing service time and improving accuracy.

•Kitchen Displays and Printers: Orders are sent in real time to kitchen printers or kitchen display monitors, enabling immediate preparation.

•Table and Floor Management: The system includes an interactive Floor Plan, allowing tables to be easily moved, resized, and rotated according to the venue layout.

•Recipes and Automatic Production: IncoPOS allows recipe definition for each dish. Upon sale, the system automatically “produces” the item and deducts the corresponding ingredients from inventory.

•Shift and Cash Control: The software tracks opening and closing cash balances for each shift and automatically calculates differences between expected and actual amounts.

Hotel Management Module (PMS)

•Booking Sheet: The main hotel screen is a timeline view that visualizes room occupancy by day, allowing quick and efficient reservation management.

•Room and Status Management:The system tracks room types (single, double, etc.) and their current status — arriving, checked-in, or checked-out.

•Flexible Rates and Packages: Different pricing matrices (rates) and packages can be configured, automatically including services such as breakfast, dinner, or taxes in the room price.

•Folio and Payments: Reservations allow adding additional charges (e.g., from a lobby bar or shop), managing deposits, and issuing invoices directly from the hotel module.

•Synchronization and ESTI Reporting: IncoPOS supports automatic data export to the Unified Tourist Information System (ESTI) and enables synchronization between multiple hotels within a chain through IncoCloud.

•Room Blocking: Rooms can be temporarily taken out of service (Out of Service/Inventory) due to maintenance or other reasons, with changes reflected in hotel statistics.
